Tope Bello – Music Partnerships, TikTok UK

Starting her career as an events manager at iluvlive, Tope Bello grew her career in music as an executive currently working in the Music Partnerships team at TikTok UK. With years of experience under her belt launching and supporting the careers of artists at AWAL Records in community support, she continues at TikTok with her work on SoundOn, TikTok’s newly launched distribution label, where she closely works with artists to sign them and distribute their records, creating and executing intricate content release plans and campaigns. Working with the likes of international African artists Ayra Starr and Victony, Tope is an integral part of the everyday running of the music partnerships team at TikTok, supporting and executing events and music campaigns across the board from Notting Hill Carnival, DLT x TikTok and individual artist campaigns. Her knowledge at the intersection of both events and music is a key part to Tope’s hands on approach to working with artists to meet all of their individual needs and push them to their full potential.
