We’re back! On September 4th, the Industry Takeover All Dayer returns to east London, jam packed with panels, masterclasses and 1-2-1 sessions. From the underground up, create your own path in the music industry. 

With more details soon to be released, UD are hyped to announce this year’s Industry Takeover media partnership with TRENCH. Co-founded by grime scene stalwarts Joseph ‘JP’ Patterson and Laura ‘Hyperfrank’ Brosnan, via their website and print publications, TRENCH focus on the preservation of Black music culture, past, present and future. And together, we’ll be programming something extra-special for 2021.

Industry Takeover All Dayer 2021 early bird

Since the launch event in January 2009, Industry Takeover has built a reputation for offering an unrivalled programme of professional development, entertainment, education and networking opportunities to hundreds of industry-minded youth and hopefuls from across the capital and beyond.

What was born as a monthly event, dedicated to equipping attendees with valuable knowledge and industry insight to start on the right track, Industry Takeover soon grew to become UD’s flagship annual all-dayer.

Curated by young people, for young people, our Industry Takeover All Dayer supports careers pathways into the industry and has become a beacon for diverse UK talent.

Previous events have featured contributions from Novelist, J2K, Big Zuu, Nadia Jae (1Xtra/SBTV), Mercedes Benson (Complex UK), My Runway Group, GUAP and FutureSNDS, AIM, BPI, FAC, MMF, PPL, PRS UK Music, as well as Polydor Records/Universal Music, media partners Reprezent Radio, CMU:DIY, plus funders Arts Council England, PRS Foundation, Vivendi Create Joy and Help Musicians UK.
