The Management 101 Workshop breaks down the artist–manager relationship: what it is, how it works, and how to find the right manager for your career. It also explores what a strong, successful partnership looks like, while equipping you with the tools to effectively self-manage until the right opportunity comes along.

Led by Don’t Sleep, a modern music company operating across artist management and recorded music.

Founded by Dean Bryce, the company is built on deep experience across management, A&R and cultural programming. Before launching Don’t Sleep, Dean was part of the management teams for MJ Cole and Roots Manuva, served as A&R Director at Ninja Tune, and led music at Boiler Room.

Don’t Sleep works with artists including Jessy Blakemore and has previously guided the careers of Berwyn and Nala Sinephro, championing distinctive talent that shapes contemporary culture.
