Alex Boateng

Former UD alumnus, Alex Boateng is an A&R, DJ and was recently appointed Co-President of newly founded label 0207 Def Jam alongside his twin brother Alec. As former President of Island Records, with a roster including Drake, Dizzee Rascal, Sean Paul & Donaeo, Alex takes a lead in identifying new partnerships with artists, managers and businesses across the music scene and culture worldwide.

Zeon Richards

Zeon Richards is the Managing Director of Renowned Management and A&R Consultant at Polydor Records. He has been in the music business for over 10  years after getting his start as a manager for Wretch 32. Gaining recognition for his achievements, Zeon’s been listed in ‘Music Week’s: 30 under 30.’
