UD Low Down: RAYE x Flames Collective @ Capital’s Summertime Ball

Last weekend, Flames Collective had the opportunity to perform at Capital’s Summertime Ball, supporting RAYE for another sensational performance in front of 80,000 people at Wembley Stadium…

If you missed the show, there’s good news – you can watch highlights from RAYE’s set here.

One of our newest Flames members, Rachel, told us about her first experience performing with RAYE; “In November I joined Flames Collective and ever since, each session has been the highlight of my week. The weekend performance was both my first time attending the Summertime Ball and my first time seeing RAYE live. Witnessing AND performing with an artist I love made me incredibly emotional but most of all, I felt so supported by older members within the choir. In rehearsals, the dressing rooms and behind the stage, there was such a strong sense of solidarity that I didn’t feel scared singing in-front of 80,000 people. I feel so grateful to have been given such an amazing opportunity and I can’t wait to continue growing with Flames.”
