Members Club: Katalyssst

With our Elevator Membership Programme underway, it’s time to meet the community. In our new Members Club series, UD gets to know KATALYSSST, DJ, photographer & social media assistant…

Who are you?  I’m KATALYSSST, I’m 24 and I’m from London.

What do you do? I’m a DJphotographer and social media assistant.
The 3 S’s stand for selecta, shooter and social media.

What are you listening to at the moment?
AUCTIONby Sasha Keable and Destin Conrad, Normani’s DOPAMINE album and Amindi’s Luvr EP.

Why did you become a UD Member? I think UD has a lot to offer in terms of music knowledge and I am always willing to learn. I’ve also worked with them before (I used to write the blogs!) so I knew it was gonna be good.

Plans for the rest of 2024? I plan to go to New York for three weeks, hopefully DJing and taking some cool flicks while I’m there. I also hope to start my own party very soon so stay tuned!

Highlight of the year so far? Oo there’s a couple! DJing for Amindi’s headline show, DJing for adidas and DJing for Mantra’s Block Party with Tiffany Calver’s No Requests.

Interesting fact about you/ your work? To talk about my photography for a quick second, no matter how much time we’ve got to take the pictures, the budget of the shoot, the environment we’re in, the lighting – I’m always gonna eat. I will always do the best with what I’ve got, and the pictures will always look good.

If you were Mayor of LDN for a day, what would you do/ change? I would make London a 24 hour city.

Anything else you want to add? I’m always down to work! Hit up cheyenne@jozanamusicgroup.com for any enquiries 🙂
