The Cultural Producers programme, delivered by UEL in partnership with and on behalf of Creative Newham, is a six month (part-time) in-depth training opportunity to help young creatives in Newham enter the cultural, heritage, health or environment sectors as arts producers ready to put on a range of creative events or programming in the local community.

The programme offers:
- Workshops and training delivered by industry experts covering topics from turning ideas into reality, managing budgets and reaching target audiences
- Mentoring and coaching
- Placement in a local organisation with a focus on events and programming in a community setting
- An opportunity to create a group event with expert support The programme is free and open to Newham residents aged 18-30 who have worked or volunteered in any cultural or arts-related organisation, and who have the passion and drive to pursue a career in this dynamic, multi-faceted role. Applicants will receive a training bursary to support their time participating in all elements of the programme.
