Who is Shao Dow? International rapper, Manga author, and occasional Ninja, Shao Dow creates music inspired by anime and gaming, but written for the soundtrack of life.
The closest thing you’ll ever meet to a real-life anime character, Shao travelled solo to China to train with Shaolin monks, taught himself Japanese, and now raps skillfully in both languages. As a fiercely independent artist, he has bypassed the traditional gatekeepers to build a global brand on his own terms.
His music has been featured in Fortnite, God of War, and Borderlands 4, as well as Amazon Prime Video. From performing as the official representative for England at the Osaka Expo in Japan to touring from the USA to Thailand, Shao Dow has turned “nerd culture” into a massive professional platform.
