Meet The Incubator Programme Class of 2025

UD proudly presents the Incubator 2025 cohort – it’s time to meet the nine exceptional artists who will embark on this six-month talent and career development opportunity. Say hello to ANJA, Dia Day, Diya Sohi, Isabelle Mettle, Jacob Story, Jedz, Rio Sterling, Shelbee Tee & Teodora

Now in its third year and supported by PPL Giving, the six-month creative and professional development initiative is designed to equip the next generation of artists aged 18-25 with the knowledge, tools and access needed to thrive in today’s music industry. Alongside expert mentoring and coaching, participants benefit from financial investment, studio time, workspace and guidance on music law, publishing, distribution and live performance.

The nine acts represent a broad spectrum of genres including grime, pop, rap, R&B, drill, hip hop and jazz:

● Alternative electronic artist, producer & guitarist ANJA 

● Neo-Soul vocalist and story-telling rapper Dia Day

● Singer exploring R&B meets jazz, funk & pop Diya Sohi

● Progressive R&B/ Neo Soul artist and producer Isabelle Mettle 

● Emerging dark R&B/ pop singer, songwriter& producer Jacob Storey 

● Multi-genre rapper Jedz

● Soul and alt R&B artist and multi instrumentalist Rio Sterling 

● Multi-genre singer, songwriter and sometimes rapper Shelbee Tee 

● Alternative dark pop artist Teodora
