Daniel Ayim – CEO @ AGM Agency

Daniel Ayim is a marketing consultant and founder of the culture based ‘Full Service Marketing Agency’, AGM. Holding nearly a decade’s experience in the fields of advertisement, media and music marketing, AGM’s clients now include Mixtape Madness, Virgin Music, Mavin Records and EGA Music with the agency running successful album campaigns for the likes of Digga D, Potter Payper, Skrapz, M Huncho, Nafe Smallz, Arya Starr and many more.
Krish Kudhail – Senior Artist Marketing Manager @ PLATOON

Krish Kudhail is an MA Music Business Management graduate, who has a high level of expertise working in Drill, Afrobeats, Rap & Hip Hop music. Krish has worked on many successful marketing campaigns for the likes of Digga D, M1llionz, Rema, K-Trap, Potter Payper, iann dior, Internet Money & more. Krish’s CV also includes Internet Money’s track ‘Lemonade’, which was the first ever no.1 single for Virgin Music UK (F.K.A Caroline International) and 10k projects. She has also broken many artists in to the UK single and album charts for the first time. Krish has just started a new role as a Senior Artist Marketing Manager at Platoon.
Leon Matthews – Video Director/DOP @ Krown Media

Leon Matthews, 27, is a Video Director & DOP originally from Oxford, UK. He moved to Birmingham to study Journalism in 2013 and co-founded the online music platform KrownMedia at age 19 (38K subscribers & 17Million views). Now London based, he has since gone on to work with household names such as Digga D, Mist, Central Cee, Aitch, Nafe Smallz, Clavish, Darkoo, Tion Wayne, SteffLondon, GRMDaily, Mixtape Madness and captured the album photo for Fredo ‘Money Can’t Buy Happiness‘. He is now in the process of starting a production company to work with other creatives in the industry.
